Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless eSIM Hero and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
